Asparagus And Basil Whole Wheat Spaghettini Recipe

Ingredients

  • 13 (my lucky #) asparagus spears, chopped
  • 1/2 of a 375g package of whole wheat speghettini
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp. dry chili flakes (it doesn't make it hot it just adds a tingle to your mouth)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • pinch each of salt and pepper
