- 450g good quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa is good)
- 1 pint of double cream
- 5 tbsp of golden syrup
- 5 tbsp of amaretto liqueur
- 100g digestive biscuits (amaretti would work well too)
- A dash of orange oil
- cocoa powder for dusting
