Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup mango chutney
  • 1/4 cup loose pack frozen whole kernel corn
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2/3 cup plain uncooked couscous
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
