Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- Make dressing and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- 1 1/4 c white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T kosher salt
- 2 t coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 T salad oil
- 1 T minced fresh ginger
- 1 t sesame oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- SALAD:
- 3 c mixed greens
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cored, shredded
- 2 Boneless skinless, chicken breasts ( or 8 oz cooked chicken breasts )
- 1 c crispy chow mein noodles
- 1 T freshly chopped cilantro
- 1/4 c red bell pepper strips
- 1/2 c celery sliced into 1/8 x 1 1/2 inch strips
- 1/2 c sugar snap peas or snow peas cut into one inch pieces
- 1/2 c dressing
