  • 1/4 C. chopped unsalted dry-roasted cashews

  • 2 tsp. grated and peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 C. water
  • 1/2 C. long-grain rice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
