- 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 8 ounces pineapple crushed and drained
- 2 cups carrot pieces
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3-1/2 ounces coconut flaked
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound powdered sugar sifted
