- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups arborio rice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan or parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
