• Basic Pizza Dough:
• 1 package active dry yeast
• 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
• Pinch sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for coating bowl
• 2 1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more if necessary
• cornmeal, as necessary, for dusting pizza peel
