Ingredients

• Easy n Delicious Country apple pecan cake With caramel frosting
• 1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/2 cup peeled, grated tart apples (4 lg. apples)
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
• Stir in apples.
• Stir in nuts.
• Pour into a greased and floured 10 to 12 cup bundt pan or 10" tube pan.
