- 1/4 lb diced bacon fried until crispy and drained of fat
- butter for greasing
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 cup milk
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar
- 3 eggs, separated

I Always Thought Soufflés Were Sort Of Pretentious Having Never Made One Until I Cooked This Up With Some Leftover Broccoli And Bacon In My Otherwise Empty Fridge.It Was Way Easier And Tastier Than I Imagined And Impressive!
