Ingredients
- 1 1/2lbs cooked chicken(from any part, and cooked any way, with minimal seasonings)
- 1/2lb orzo
- 2T butter
- 2T olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 12oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- about 1lb fresh broccoli, trimmed to florets
- 14oz can diced all natural tomatoes(or sub fresh, diced, but retain as much juice as you can :)
- 8oz cream cheeses, softened
- 2T fresh italian seasonings(basil, oregano, parsley) or sub 1T dried
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper
