- 1 med onion, med chop
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- Dried Herbs-
- 1Tbsp total=Italian herbs+Crushed fennel seeds+Thyme
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 1/4" anchovy paste (or more)
- 1+T tomato paste
- balsamic vinegar
- Garnish-chopped parsley, grated parmesan cheese (optional)
