- 14 cooked chicken nuggets
- 2 cups unprepared mash-potatoes
- 1 8.5oz can sweet peas/english peas
- 1 15oz can whole kernel corn
- 1 1/2-2 cups cooked broccoli
- 1 pack of the dry cheese from the macaroni and cheese box (was substitute for nutritional yeast)
- 1 tbls peanut butter (substituted for tahini)
- 3 tbls margin/butter
- 4/5 drops of hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour (substituted for unbleached flour)
- salt and pepper to taste
