Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 6 drumsticks or thighs (with skin)
- 1 can (14.75) creamed corn
- 2 cans (4 oz) drained sliced mushrooms
- 1 jar of whole onions, drained and washed
- 1 can (14.5) of bean of choice (I used black eyed)
- 1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
- 8 oz of tequila lime Salsa
- 1 pkg of dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Seasonings:
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp of tarragon
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder (or 4 garlic cloves minced)
- 1 tbsp Mediterran seasoning (or italian seasonings)
- 1 tbsp Tapicoa Starch (for thickening)
- 2 tbsp poultry seasoning
Description
Had Some Chicken That I Needed To Use Up, And Had The Other Stuff In House, So I Pulled Out My Crockpot And Surprise, It Turned Out So Good
