  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cremini mushrooms
  • 1 lb sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram leaves
  • 1 cup shredded low fat swiss cheese
  • 1 unbaked whole wheat pie crust
  • 3 tbsp grated romano cheese
