Halibut With Corn And Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • I haven't an ioda where this recipe came from but I have been making it for over a year now.
  • 4 Tbs Real butter
  • 4 Ears fresh corn, kernels cut from the cob * See Note
  • 6 scallions or shallots, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 1/4Cup white wine
  • 1- 1 ½ Cups heavy cream
  • 2 Lbs halibut, or any meaty fish or scallops
