Ingredients
- I haven't an ioda where this recipe came from but I have been making it for over a year now.
- 4 Tbs Real butter
- 4 Ears fresh corn, kernels cut from the cob * See Note
- 6 scallions or shallots, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1/4Cup white wine
- 1- 1 ½ Cups heavy cream
- 2 Lbs halibut, or any meaty fish or scallops
