• 1 T chopped fresh chives
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 c. mayo
• 1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
• 1 T finely chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried
• 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp dried basil and summer savory
• salt & white pepper
• Garnish:
• leaf or boston lettuce
• dill sprigs
• radishes or cherry tomatoes
