- 1/2 head Boston or possibly romaine lettuce

- 1/2 c. bulgur or possibly cracked wheat
- 1/2 c. minced green onions
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. grated carrot
- 1 x salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. yogurt
- 1/2 c. sour bream
- 1 tsp each dry oregano and basil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 c. thinly sliced cooked lamb
