Middle Eastern Salad Platter With Lamb In Mustard Garlic Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head Boston or possibly romaine lettuce
  •     Lamb in Mustard-Garlic Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
  • 1/2 c. bulgur or possibly cracked wheat
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. grated carrot
  • 1 x salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. yogurt
  • 1/2 c. sour bream
  • 1 tsp each dry oregano and basil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clv garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 c. thinly sliced cooked lamb
