Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1" pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbs. flour
- olive oil
- 1 onion, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 - 14 oz. cans of beef stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 3 medium potatoes, red, white or Yukon, peeled or not, cut into 1" pieces (enough to make three cups)
- "Baby" carrots, cut into uniform pieces - about 3/4" (enough to make one cup)
