- 1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus spears, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 4 boneless chicken breasts halves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Description
I Was Looking For Something Easy To Do With Chicken, And Found This Recipe In My Paula Deen Cookbook. I Even Had Asparagus On Hand--what Are The Odds? I Served This Dish With Brown Rice. I Think This Recipe Would Also Be Great With Broccoli.
