  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Can (400g) Chopped tomato
  • 250g Mozarella
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup shiraz
  • Lasagne Sheets (18cm x 10 cm)
  • Parmesan to taste

  • Herbs: (fresh herbs would be more potent)
  • ----------
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 Can (140g) tomato paste
  • 2 Teaspoons Crushed garlic (or more)
  • 1 Teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 Teaspoon dried rosemary
  • salt + pepper to taste

  • Cheese Sauce:

  • 1 egg
  • 250g ricotta cheese
