Sleepy Time Oat-risotto Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth (2 large vegie cubes melted into hot water)
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats.
  • 1 tea bag of 'Sleepytime tea' herbs includes (camomile, spearmint, lemon grass, tillia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn berries and rosebuds.)
  • 4 medium chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 firm avocado chopped
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 15 cm chopped leek
  • 1 tablespoon butter or macadamia/olive oil margarine
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

First Time I Tried This Recipe Which Was Inspired By The Snoring Possum That Kept Me Awake Last Night. I Decided To Use Low Stimulant Sleepytime Ingredients.-
