Ingredients
- 4 small chicken breasts, about 1lb.
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 shallots, minced
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 3/4 cups chicken stock
- 4 heaping tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2-1/2 tablespoons white cooking wine
- chives for garnish
- *I also added a couple tablespoons canned portabella mushrooms for myself, becuase no one in my family like them. But fresh would be best, they could be sauted with the shallots and galic.

Im Not A Big Fan Of Cream Of Mushroom Soups, But I Use Them When Needed. But Tonight I Decided To Make A Stoganoff Without It And The Result Was Delicious!
