- chicken stock; 1 pint
- white wine; 1 full wine glass
- carrots; 2 small, roughly chopped
- button mushrooms; handful, roughly chopped
- cream; double 150 ml
- salt
- 2 round cutters, one roughly 2 cm smaller in diameter than the other
