- 1 bag (10 oz) baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup sliced medium mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic - crushed
- 3 T. EV olive oil
- S&P to Taste
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Fresh Mozzerela - diced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley - minced
- 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup Heavy Creram
