- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 10 oz. can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2-3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- parsley for garnish
- Whole-Wheat spaghettini
- chicken version:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts or 6 large boneless thighs, cut in cubes
- Vegetarian version:
- 12 grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 head broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 Lrg. Yellow or red pepper

I Found This Recipe On A Campbell's Soup Label Years Ago I Think. Initially I Just Used To Make It With The Garlic, Onions And Chicken, But When My Son Became Vegetarian, I Made Him A Separate Pan Made With Vegetables Only And No Chicken. I Still Prefer C
