Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 (15oz) can black beans-rinsed
• 1 (10oz) enchilada sauce
• 1 can chopped green chiles
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom
• 1/3 cup milk
• 3 cups monteray jack cheese-or what you have on hand
• 12 corn tortillas
• To taste:
• garlic
• chili powder
• red pepper-I use Mrs.Dash extra spicy blend
• onion salt
• black pepper
• cayenne pepper
