Ingredients
- 1.2 kg potatoes.
- 3 hard boiled eggs.
- 3 celery stalks with leaves chopped.
- 2 tbs parsley chopped.
- 1 big onion chopped.
- 1 small spring onion thinly sliced ( green and white).
- 2 cloves garlic pressed.
- 1 little leek cut in 4 in the lenght , then chopped.
- 2 tbs green bell pepper chopped.
- 1/4 c heavy cream ( low fat preferable ).
- 3/4 c mayonnaise ( low fat preferable).
- 1 tbs mustard.
- 1 tbs lemon juice.
- 1 tbs dill chopped.
- salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 drops tabasco (optionnal).
- paprika.
