- 1/4 Teaspoon Mexican oregano
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon white pepper
- salt and pepper
- 2 Dried California chilies
- 1 Dried Chile Ancho
- 1 Bag Tostados
- Garnishes:
- Sliced radishes
- Chopped cabbage
- Diced white onion
- lime wedges
- Sliced avocado
