Ingredients
- 1 chicken leg filet or the meat from 2 thighs, cut in small cubes
- marinade ingredients:
- 1/2 Tbsp rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- Vegetables:
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cubed
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cubed
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots, cubed
- 2 spring onions, cut in small pieces
- 2 slices ginger root
- 1/3 cup roasted cashews
- For the sauce:
- 2 Tbsp yellow bean sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp rice wine or dry sherry
- pinch of salt and sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Description
This Is My Version Of A Chinese Dish That I Had In Chinatown In Yokohama. I Don't Know If This Is Really A Chinese Recipe, But It Is Quite Tasty.
