- 1/2 t or more cayene
- course black pepper
- 1 /2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 meat injector
- for the injection
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- black pepper
- if you plan on roasting this in the oven add
- 1 -2 t liquid smoke
