  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 cup shedded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine or beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leave
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
