- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 5 tbsp lite/low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 garlic cloves finely minced
- 1 large sweet onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 bunch (2-3 heads) of broccoli chopped/broken into bite size pieces
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
