- 1C white whole-wheat flour or all -purpose flour
- 1/2C old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1T granulated sugar
- 1/2t salt
- 4T cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 2T canola oil
- 3T ice water
- Filling:
- 2 ripe but firm pears, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 large apple, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1T lemon juice
- 1/2C light brown sugar
- 2T unsalted butter
- 1t ground cinnamon
- 1/2t ground ginger
- 1C fresh cranberries
