- apricot And pineapple marmalade
- 1 lb. dried apricots
- 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
- 3 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 1/2 c .sugar
- Grind apricots through food chopper. Add water, let stand overnight. Add sugar, pineapple and juice. Cook one hour, or until thick. Put in hot jars and seal.
