Ingredients

• 6 tbsp margarine
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs or egg substitute equivalent
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp apple juice
• 2 cups flour( I used 1 1/2 cups of white flour and 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour)
• 1 cup oat bran
• 1 cup wheteena ( I did not have this ingred. on hand so I used 1 1/2 cups of the oat bran and 1/2 cup of oatmeal)
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp all spice
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsps soda
• 1 (24 ounce) jar unsweetened applesauce ( I used the homestyle version)

Description

I Got This Recipe Out Of My Taste Without Waist Cookbook. I Added And Changed A Few Things. I Was Very Pleased With The Way These Muffins Turned Out. My Kids Gobbled Them Up! They Are Very Tasty And Filling!
