- 3/4 C dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 C grated romano cheese
- CREAM SAUCE
- 4 T butter
- 6 T flour
- 2 1/4 C milk
- 1 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 2 egg yolks beaten w/ 2 T milk
