- 1 celery rib, sliced thinly
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 2 eggs, hard boiled, peeled, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, chipotle variety
- 1 tablespoon Janes's Crazy salt, or to taste
