- 1 chunk Raw tuna from a reputable Japanese market or Trader Joes
- cooked shrimp, Ebi from Japanese Market, or make your own
- 1/4 Cup toasted Black and white sesame seeds
- tuna Salad made your way, preferably with Japanese Mayo
- wasabi made from powder or purchased paste.
- 1 package nori, dark algae sheets
