- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1/4 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups bok choy -- chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper -- thinly sliced into strips
- 2 ounces somen noodles -- broken into 2" lengths, or 2 ounces dried fine noodles, i.e. angel hair
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken -- chopped

Using Leftover Chicken Makes This Dish Quick & Simple. Other Options -- Add In Shrimp Or Thin Slices Of Cooked Pork, Or Any Veggies Of Choice, I.e. Snow Peas, Carrots, Etc.
