Ingredients

  • 1/2 to whole head of spring cabbage - chopped (or bunch of kale if preferred)
  • 1 small onion - chopped
  • 2-3 lbs. baking or gold potatoes - peeled and diced into chunks
  • 2-4 ounces of margarine or butter
  • milk or soymilk
  • salt and pepper to taste
