- 1 lb. ground venison
- 1/4 onions chopped
- 2 carrots sliced then halved
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 1 head of cauliflower chopped
- 1/2 cup of frozen peas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- S&P
- 1/2 cup gravy (recipe follows or use your own)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 tsp. beef boullion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- (This does make more than you need so save the rest, or cut down the recipe.)
