- 1 cup of red raisons (rehydrated)
- ½ cup of Greek type yogurt
- 1 ½ cups of real mayonnaise
- The juice of 2 lemons
- 3 tbls.of powdered sugar
- ¼ cup of red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. of Dijon mustard
- Fresh scallions, mint and dill
- salt and coarse black pepper

- 3 lbs. of red potatoes
- 2 large onions
- 3 green bell pepper
- A pound of smoked bacon, of course
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup of M. Jack cheese (shredded)
- oil for frying
- More dry granulated garlic
- Dried oregano
- Fresh chopped parsley
- salt and a touch of cayenne pepper
