- 28 ounces coconut milk
- 1 little patty palm sugar, about 1 tablespoon
- fish sauce, starting with about a teaspoon
- 6 large white mushrooms, sliced thin
- Small lime per bowl of soup
- cilantro, chopped fine, for garnish/taste
- green onions, sliced fine, for garnish/taste
