Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 2-4 TBS olive oil
- 4-6 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 sweet green pepper, chopped
- 8-10 tomatillos
- 1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 3 TBS chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 TBS paprika
- 2 tsp crushed cumin seeds
- 1/2-1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
