Ingredients
- chicken FILLING
- 1 kilo chicken thigh mince
- 500 grams bacon
- 6 medium leeks
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup stock of choice (chicken or vegetable: if using powder or cubes follow directions for 1 cup liquid)
- cracked black pepper
- salt to taste
- 5-7 drops of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs vegemite spread (or Marmite)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
- TOMATO NAPOLI
- 3 cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 large brown onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp sugar
- juice of one lemon
- white pepper, to taste.
- 4x 500gram packets lasagne sheets, dried
- 1 kilo ricotta cheese
- 250 grams parmesan cheese
