- 2 lbs ripe bosc pears (4 pears)
- 2 lbs Fiji apples (8 if small, 6 if large apples)
- Tangerino zest and juice from 1 Tangerino (can use an orange too)
- lemon zest and juice from one large Lemon
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1/4 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- ***Topping***
- 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c granulated sugar
- 3/4 c brown sugar, lightly packed
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 c old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, diced
