- 1 can diced tomatoes (12 to 16 ozs)
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup fish broth (or chicken broth is OK)
- 1 cup raisins (yellow) and ½ cup currants (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of one lemon (no seeds)
- 1 lemon thin sliced
- 1/2 Cup shaved almonds (optional)
- 1/4 Cup olive oil to cook onions and garlic
