Ingredients
- 1 beef roast (chuck, shoulder, etc.)
- EVOO
- garlic pepper
- Unseasoned meat tenderizer (too salty with the seasoned)
- Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom and roasted garlic soup or cream of mushroom
- 1/2 packet beefy onion and mushroom soup mix
- 2 lbs potatoes, quartered
- 1 small packet baby carrots, carrots cut in half
- 2 med. white onions, cut in half crosswise, then sliced lenghtwise in chunks
- 2 stalks celery, rough chopped
- 1 small package fresh mushrooms, whole or sliced
- 3 T butter
- water to cover
- cornstarch
- water

My Version Of Mom's Standard Crockpot Roast With Onion Soup Mix And Cream Of Mushroom Soup...I Have Amped It Up Slightly Over The Years, Always A Hit With Company, And A Favorite At Our House. (I Have Never Measured, Though!).
