Ingredients

• 1 beef roast (chuck, shoulder, etc.)
• EVOO
• garlic pepper
• Unseasoned meat tenderizer (too salty with the seasoned)
• Worchestershire Sauce
• 1 can cream of mushroom and roasted garlic soup or cream of mushroom
• 1/2 packet beefy onion and mushroom soup mix
• 2 lbs potatoes, quartered
• 1 small packet baby carrots, carrots cut in half
• 2 med. white onions, cut in half crosswise, then sliced lenghtwise in chunks
• 2 stalks celery, rough chopped
• 1 small package fresh mushrooms, whole or sliced
• 3 T butter
• water to cover
• cornstarch
• water

My Version Of Mom's Standard Crockpot Roast With Onion Soup Mix And Cream Of Mushroom Soup...I Have Amped It Up Slightly Over The Years, Always A Hit With Company, And A Favorite At Our House. (I Have Never Measured, Though!).
