- 1 1/2 lbs of ground sirloin or turkey breast or italian sausage
- 3 cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 tbspn of italian seasoning
- 2 tbspn of olive oil
- 1 tsbn of red pepper flakes
- 1 (10 oz) package of frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (28 oz) of can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 tspn of fennel seeds
- 1 dash of salt
- 1 (15 oz) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cu of red wine or vodka
- 1 dash of pepper
- Mock noodles
- 2 large eggplant, peeled,sliced lengthwise into ? inch noodle-like strips
- 1 dash of pepper
- cooking spray (olive oil spray is best)
- 1 dash of salt
- cheese Mixture
- 2 c of low-fat ricotta cheese
- 3 c of shredded lowfat mozzarella cheese
- 3 chopped green onions
- 1/2 c of parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
Description
I Love My Pastas And Italian Food, But Being On A Diet That Is One Of The Foods That They Tell You Not To Have. Well I Have Found A Way To Have It By Subsituting The Noodles With Eggplant. This Is So Delicious You Would Never Know Theres No Noodles.
